Meldy Fasteners started in 1987 and has done one thing well ever since: make fasteners that hold under load. Now as Meldy Fasteners LLP, we run a full plant in Odhav, Ahmedabad, raw bar to finished part under one roof.

We work across Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex, Super Duplex and Mild Steel, built to IS, ASTM, DIN and JIS. Got a drawing? We make to it. Need a standard part? It is already in our range.

Quality is not a department here, it is the order of work. Every batch clears our in-house lab before dispatch, checked against ASTM, DIN, ISO and IS. Onsite or third-party inspection on request.

Mechanical Testing

Tensile, hardness and proof load testing, backed by chemical analysis to confirm material grade.

Surface Treatments

In-house heat treatment for hardening and tempering, plus PTFE and Zinc Flake coatings for corrosion and friction control.
